RE:RE:New Press Release - Gold79 Announces Private Placement Financing of up to $1,000,000 and Share ConsolidationA 25% haircut so far just on the announcement. Next comes the 1 for 10 smack job and the erosion of share value. Nobody is going to pay 25 or 35 cents for a junior stock where there is no material change other than less shares around.  Forget the gold chain... unless the permit for Jefferson shows up soon it's going to be another long wait. I suspect the reason for this move is that the permitting is once more in stall mode.
Dissapointing but I can't say that I am surprized. I was really banking on Jefferson though.
