Based on the chart below (if it posts with the rest), NEM earnings are projected to move sequentially higher in 2024 and then higher but flat throughout 2025, at least that's what it looks like right now. Of course the change in the price of gold will affect this. The geopolitical events driving gold's stellar rise will be the main driver for gold price and where it's going is anyone's best guess. Gold up $34 dollars as I wirte this and Newmont share price doing a YAWN suggests it's not ready to run wild just yet.
