RE:RE:RE:RE:Show me the money!Q1 financial should be interesting and it would be great to see HL hit it out of the park and pass some of the profits and dividends to the SH.. Average price of Au/Ag is up and if they can do 20m oz in 24 rather than into 26 it would be immpressive... Make hay while the sun shines. The 43% increase was great as a headline. :) So up 5% and add in KH I would expect a great Q1 if the expenses dont run away and HL executes on their stated expertise. I suspect HKH will see some unexpected expense increases come Q1 its inavoidable but should be offset by an increase in revenue. I do remember the 460 tpd was further down the road not sure thats currently possible... Better to leave some money on the table than watching the hammer drop... lol
It is known there are still reserves at depth at Husky/HuskySW through to SilverKing and I believe AXU as part of the years and years of drilling did some exploratory there to confirm. In other words theres reserves but getting it out profitably is the trick and quite frandkly theres the historical rub.
So we will see, no pressure. lol
Make it a geat day...
Re Housing analogy. I see your point. Developer sueing (thats nasty), guess I never bought from a developer no need to. Here the buyer just places subjects in their favor, if they then change their mind they just exercise the subject and walk away with deposit returned. Sometimes subjects can be be simple stupid, it is up to the seller to accept the subject as it ties up the deal. If the deal collapes and all subjects are met the seller gets to keep deposit. For example buyer subjects a new roof, paint and a clean inspection and all things are completed then the buyer is on the hook to purchase or forfeit deposit. Of course like any transaction anything can get nasty and end in court as in your scenario of a housing collapse. There have been house buying frenzies here with buyers purchasing with no inspections nor subjects and immediate closes. That was interesting. lol Of course Im guessing everyone here has seen all this before...
