The Company holds approximately 515,000 net acres of natural gas, NGLs and oil properties located in the Appalachian Basin, primarily in West Virginia and Ohio.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:SpinCoI am exactly opposite in view. I think the better value here is Spinco for AR holders because I think we didn't get enough Alamos shares in the deal. I mean we will see some upside with Alamos but not, in my opinion, as much upside as we will see with Spinco. Just my opinion and only time will tell. GLTA
