RE:RE:Where SP is going ?To be fair... the Biden administration's decision to go after NASDAQ-listed companies who were making most of their revenue from China is what started the fall, remember? A couple of hundred or so NASDAQ companies were directly affected, Tenet was one of them. Bad timing of events, but it was on JJ's plate for not hitting the capital markets quickly for a raise. It also didn't help not hitting the revenue targets he had hinted to shareholders, plus Covid, plus Ukraine war translating to horrid market conditions,...the investigation by the AMF.... not to mention the board revolt that ousted JJ from his "lack of ability" to communicate/help other board members trust his plans and vision.... I mean, reading some of his commentary, it was clear that the other board members weren't being properly informed on what JJ's plans and "connections" to get his vision realized would be. Changes to their business plan also fizzled... we went from a lending business hub with a 4% annual account fee to a supply chain oriented business with "possible revenues" and "maybe revenues"..... and then the big wait for coming out with viable products for the business hub.... IF all that info can be sold as products to interested buyers. Too many ifs..... plus the difficulty repatriating monies from China operation to help build out the rest of the hubs..... how can one arm cripple the other arm of the same bodylike this?? And to have the CEO turtle all this time, now Tenet hitting shareholders with more news surprises of litigation payouts at a time where Tenet can hardly close meaningful significant captial raises......... what a disaster this all has been. IMHO, a lot of what Penhale and the revolting board members warned us, has come true. And what happened to the hiring of Jean Leblond and his fancy rolodex of elitist capital investors from all over the world that was supposed to provide Tenet with "connections" for more investment monies to help out?? JJ's spending hasn't brought back significant results nor trust from shareholders... and now the share price is at the 8 cent level, it shows. A huge miracle needs to happen now.... and I'm not gonna hold my breath...... it's just not inspriing confidence AT ALL. A lot of us investors trusted JJ and got burned thus far as a result. Not cool AT ALL..
