RE:Plant construction with no money spent

RE:Plant construction with no money spent
The payoff would be three months. With 13.8% helium, if they have to resource to produce at a reasonable rate they can pay of fthe plant within 3 months. There will be lots of options.  Until they prove commerciality, they really cannot make any deals to produce or buy helium.

I would prefer they build the plant and become a helium producer that sells the helium directly to end users. They will get a higher price. A company like that could provide a good dividend stream.

It would also be fine to lease a plant or to make a broader off take agreement for another company to buy the gas at the wellhead, process it on site, and sell and distribute it. Maybe an Air Liquide would do that if the volume was high enough.

Or if they do one step out well and prove they have a truly scalable discovery, a major such as Exxon Mobil or even Total Energies (which has been in US since 1957 and has 7300 US employees and is interested in helium) might just buy them. Or an industrial gas company like Air Liquide could do the same rather than doing an offtake agreement. The Puldar shares are closely held and the price would have to be very good.
