Spring Load Limits are still on There is 3 days advance notice given so it will be mid-week at the earliest before they are lifted . And only once has the spring load limit been lifted before May 1. This has been such a warm winter that we could see an April end-date for the second time. These dates are for the North Zone. Last year the announcement was May 1 and the restrictions were lifted May 4. But last year the limits were started on March 29, as compared to March 11 this year. It depends on how long it takes to get the frost out of the ground. Seems like that should be soon.
