Y?E March 31 Balance sheet

Balance sheet will be  very interesting.

New auditors have to prepare audited financial statements for SEC.

Last   balance  sheet showed Goodwill 2.97

                                                      Intangibles 10.7 million

What  wil lbe value be reported.   if substantial write off  ocurs ,  Tangible  Book Value  of company may be less  than .01 cent.

Tangible Book Value reported on  DEC2023   .01 reported by DM.
