The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. whats the likely route for reits in this situationI have been thinking that we are on the cusp of a meltdown in the USA.  This video I just watched says the same: https://www.bnnbloomberg.ca/video/market-is-topping-and-signalling-recession-technical-analyst~2904262

do you anticiapte a big market meltdown in the USA will cause rates to fall and reits (cheap now) to rise or at least be stable.  Or would they flush even more in your opinions?
