RE:Poster child for manipulation

RE:Poster child for manipulationThere is no shortage of someone trying to make a fast buck on the market.  Never forget, where there is money involved you will likely have to deal with some level of manipulation.  This applies to buying and selling a home, a car, getting paid fairly for your work, anything and everything really.

The reality is that someone will always want to buy what you have for less than what it is worth, after they have it they will want to sell it for top dollar, or even higher than what it is worth.

You need to understand the value of what you own so that low-ballers never convince you to sell at a loss or "too cheap".  That's why Doing Your Own Due Dilligence and being extremely patient is so important.
