Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

Nothing really makes sense to me and Im not gonna participate here much if at all anymore. Its pretty toxic on this board, and holier than thou members are part of the problem. Your frustrations are shared, trust me. How can industrial reits with 9% yields be sold continuously? (Nxr, etc). Canada is broken and there is no liquidity is my only explanation. The USA rates controls our asset prices and politics controls USA spending. Everything else is subsidiary.
