If rescheduling was imminent, the stock would be skyrocketing in anticipation of this. There is no way institutions/hedge funds or even shorters would not be buying if this was true.

20% of float is currently being shorted. You don't think these shorters would be buying if news on rescheduling/Safe was imminent.
