Given that, most likely, average current shareholder does not have significant capital gain, thus no incentive to sell to avoid near future capital gains increase. Quite the reverse, waiting on fairly imminent news that might provide for a capital gain from these levels.
Obviously, in the absence of any news, can easily see share price wilting to the sub $ 1.90 level again, but the promise of fairly near term profitability should provide for some kind of base around that level.
