True North Commercial Real Estate Investment Trust (the REIT) is a Canada-based unincorporated, open-ended real estate investment trust. The REIT is primarily focused on creating value for unitholders through the investment in and ownership of commercial properties in Canada. Very bullish confirmation of NAV values across multiple properties. Also yet another indication of a thawing market in real estate transactions.

A jittery market may mean SP movement is not as pronounced as it deserves (i.e. double digit)
