The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. Hey Este, thanks. I hadn't realized Iran was "moving" as much production as what you are suggesting, my bad for not checking. I believe they were producing (what) approximately 3M barrels a day presanctions? Perhaps because China is starting to see a bounce back that they are now taking all Iran can produce? I tend to agree also that until infrastructure somewhere is hit, the markets have learned their lessons on jumping on the bandwagon. Same goes to a large extent to geopolitical events such as potentially last evening here. Aside from knee jerks the market tends to overlook, until of course something gets serious and it doesn't. Nothing of late has changed my positioning, hoping it remains that way. Am liking the relative outperformance of reits here again thus far today with yeilds only off slightly. More or less validates yesterday's outperformance as well. Take care.
