Yes, some profit will be directed to the partner - but - most likely much better deal anyway for the shareholders compared to a licensing deal.
How big part will the financial partner get? It basically depends on two factors.
First of all - how much money is needed?
Second, how much money have been invested over the years in anti-aging including overhead? Let's say it's 40 million CAD. If the partner would like 50 percent ownership they will need to put 40 million on the table (if all money is needed).
I think that the product clinical trial will be funded by Sirona Laboratories and most likely the anti-aging compound will be licensed from the parent company - Sirona Biochem.
