I can't fault you for being sceptical about the outcome on Montalva. However, until that's confirmed as dead in the water, it is still a possibility that holds massive upside potential.
There is still information that needs to come to light in regards to Cordero Ranch in Utah, Which would be more imminent as well as conversations regarding developments in Southern Arizona and Hawaii.
One could speculate with all of this focus towards housing developments that there may still be something going on behind the scenes in regards to Paul Morris, and forward living (another deal that was never announced as dead, and quite frankly would align with Greenbriar's name change to Greenbriar Sustainable Living)
