RE:MY MOUTH WAS WATERING

RE:MY MOUTH WAS WATERINGThose shorts are a cantankerous bunch.  I can explain what happened today.

Two of the more prominent shorts arrived around noon for a squash game at the New York Athletic Club.  The guys already in the box wanted another couple minutes to finish up their match, but the shorts weren't having any of it:  one of them poured a pitcher of beer onto the players from the overhead gallery, while the other relieved himself all over the court.

The incensed players tore after the shorts with wet towels, whipping them senseless and leaving both with serious lacerations.  When they finally limped back to their trading desks around 3:00,  they were out for blood.
