Over the past 2 or 3 months I have placed 5 calls to the company (and left name and phone number for contact), requesting information and clarification on where management plans on taking this into the future. Not one call has been returned.

I guess I have my answer.........the company plans on it's continued trek in to the toilet. Management appears to be non existent. Sadly, my experience with share consolidations is the company eventually is disolved and is a total loss to shareholders.
