RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Harvard Biz School case study...with emphasis on BS Good find on Paladin. I'm at a loss for words. While I'm not deeply knowledgeable about legal options, it's hard to ignore the evident corporate waste/mismanagement. Those board members who oversaw these disastrous investment decisions to incinerate $500 million and subsequently greenlit payouts for Phil Mittlemoron and Michael Lehloser to 'resign' really ought to be held accountable.Class actions were noted above with Children's Place,why aren't there any being filed against Aimia?
