True North Commercial Real Estate Investment Trust (the REIT) is a Canada-based unincorporated, open-ended real estate investment trust. The REIT is primarily focused on creating value for unitholders through the investment in and ownership of commercial properties in Canada. The REIT’s primary objective is to maximize total returns to its unitholders. RE:RE:RE:RE:Yesterday...27% of trading volume, as you are only considering tsx volume. the cumulative volume today was 54,105. a bid entered goes thru the routing system and can access any exchange. but yeah, still a lot of percentage attribted to ncib which shows sellers exhaustion and increasingly low liquidity.
