I agree that they should have been trying to raise money at $15, instead some insiders chose to sell some of their shares. I wasnt happy about that either when it happened. However that is water under the bridge but I'm guessing if you had gotten in on the private placement that was available to everyone you would be singing a different tune. It's not often that a share price rises after announcing a private placement. Normally the share price degrades to that level but it hasn't. You have to ask yourself what is different this time.
