Its investment objectives with respect to Class A Shares are to provide holders with regular monthly cash distribution targeted to be $0.10 per Class A share and return the original issue price to their holders on the termination date. The net asset value per unit must remain above the required $15 per unit threshold for distributions to be declared. Its investment manager is Quadravest Capital Management Inc.

NAV April 29

NAV April 29~$14.85. Please note we traded ex-dividend on Monday morning, which is why the NAV is currently below the threshold. We need to make up ~1.06% over the next three weeks to reach payment territory. That is plenty of time and there will be substantial economic data and earnings releases to greatly impact market sentiment in the coming days and weeks.
