They would invite to breach legal valid international investment agreements after the investments are done! I am sure, that some time after our case is closed, all out of the blue the many years delayed "Delimitation" will be speeded up and fixed. Then the government of the former guerila criminals can build the mine on basis of our former works and investments.
With modern geo data processing it would take only some days to draw a clear limitation line into the maps for any on ground activities. Deep underground activities should be in all cases allowed, if it helps the socio and economic development of a very poor region!
