Nightstocker: I stay away from short term price predictions. Longer term the SP always / most of the time reflects valuation. At this point the SP / valuation is clearly manipulated for some reason or another.

Take your pick as to the reasons.
1)            Dislike of the financing.
2)            Dislike of the DHS approval as it creates a new level of competition.
3)            An effort to nab XTRA at the lowest possible price.
4)            Last but not least, some “superior” knowledge of internal problems.

My bet is on #3.
