The mine was built and ready to go, just needed a small loan of $20 million for the start up. Suddenly they can't find any investors to help them out - and thus receivership and a private company buys all the assets at a very low price and then starts the mine up... Can't buy shares in the mine I had shares in for years, because it is now a private company...
