And now here I am with a large amount of shares at a high price per share.... 
One can never trust management - there is always some sort of manipulation and corruption that boots a public company - only to have a private company own their assets.
No investigation ever gets underway to find the truth as to how money was moved around to shut out the shareholders.

I am very convinced that happened to Canadian Lithium Corp's shareholders.
The mine was built and ready to go, just needed a small loan of $20 million for the start up. Suddenly they can't find any investors to help them out - and thus receivership and a private company buys all the assets at a very low price and then starts the mine up... Can't buy shares in the mine I had shares in for years, because it is now a private company...

Corruption today is huge - Every government is owned by the Global Elites - 
I would love to see the World Economic Forum's next meeting get put to hell by the Bee Keeper....
