Of course that is just a few 10s of million $$ vs. a few Billion $$ of buyout, but an indication nonetheless. Add to the mix looking copper deficit, lack of new discoveries, many mining majors watching it like a hawk...
I suspect if the early drill results are good, Barrick might not want to see any more results as a standalone company. We shall see.
