Yup KTD, you got it right. This technology is so screamingly hot, so revolutionary, so profitable and so much in demand ...that ....that... oh wait... no problem. It can wait another 14 months and counting until some trivial paperwork can be filed and some accounting done before it moves forward, no problem. The rest of the manufacturing technology world is not that important, and besides, it can do just fine without plentiful magnesium production for anything apparently. It all makes sense.
