RE:CIBC: From Bearish to bullish.

No sympathy from me. That CIBC analyst was out in left field with his thesis that Bombardier woud need money for a clean sheet design. Moral of the story: if you can come up with theories on Bombardier (like me), you're qualified to be an analyst at CIBC.
