Listening to BNN this morning about interest rates and mortgages. They had some pundit responding to viewer letters about concerns. There was one in particular detailing how the viewer feels they were misled by Bank of Canada believing their comments in 2020 that interest rates would not rise. Got in over his head by buying a hone and losing in the markets. Renewal coming due and doesn't know what to do.
So many naive people are being harmed by the lies spewed by media and inept government policies. End of the day regardless of beliefs in unicorns and socialist utopia, you really can only ever count on yourself and family.
Trade accordingly as there are storm clouds on the horizon.

How many times have markets performed a 360 through out history ??... predictions are all part of game .....IMHO??
- Never buy or sell based on predictions !!
-Do your own DD... and lots of it !!
-Buy on the dips if your looking to invest
-I like the fact Grant and other directors steadly invest in WCP...
I guess they belive in their master plan now and moving forward.
