There is a time for breaking rules

There is a time for breaking rulesAs in limiting exposure to any stock; especially microcaps. With XTRA I am breaking this rule simply because the SP action is in no way reflective of the current company developments.
I can think of no other reason for the SP suppression than a takeover in the making.
If anyone has a better explanation, please share.
