actually - everything... bak in 2019 Nev Dot came in and ripped off the top of mt passes to allow for anticipated mine traffik..  the last expansion ewas on 95A @ shurtz ; last summer..  paved and widened w new high shoik cuard rails (these babies hav 10 inches of  polymer before bolting on 15 foot rail/ground..

Yet ripped out all of the existing water lines N the city and replaced up to the houses/buizz..  feds came in and gave the city a 1M$ funding for the creation of a water distrik....

NCi was crippled w C19 (65 people died in the village when NYC was hit - Tom Albanese was intubated @ reno..  

hit a dyke,,  attempted to well point over the mine shaft - drilled a 10 inch 2000 foot lined discharge from the bottom of the mine.. 

water exceeded the wet/dry bulb readings for ambient air in the mine shafts..  state  came in and added a ventalattion shaft w high volume duk's.

dyke was not a feew meters - something like N excess of a mile ++.  apparently the further wthey went - the more came in and bolting was not working so they had to build tunnels..

quiet a mess..  N S america - the mine would hav walked away/closed...

as time flies..  probably w the local mine engineers..  the mine switched gears..  N fill overburden - geo pumps..  permit modifications for underground water allocations..

--> what i a mseeing on 95A headed into fernley is not one side dump returning..  went from one then two..  last thursday i passed three double/tandem side dumps.. 

willthe Mine B sold..  who knows...  during the mine 'slap downs - the then NCI managers pulled some nasty triks..  forced payla to move N and sieze the mine as a foreclosure offset w 80% accumulations of storks..  NCI is a private mine - has a few retail shares / basiclly its owned by Vlad-Lorich..

sooo what up.. ??  this i do know.. Vlad intends to get paid for the misery and grieff & he is guilty as hades for abusing shareholders w non-disclosures as the state poured millions into the distrik; that money was not for hay and cows that nevada taxpayers foirked over...

Vlad is otw - a hard core russian from the donbass (2008) and i anticipate he will get a sale or lease approximating 30% return..  the existing shareholders will eventually see some rather hefty disclosed returns on their storks..  NCI has apparently been pulled before the CSA and TSX - settled.undisclosed about a year ago..  payla group will not get a second..  the mine is sitting on USA Soil and is incorporated in nevada...  it will get squeezed and siezed by them folks at Nevada Gold - i.e. the people who turn money into gold...  etc..
