What happens to those excgangable shares in CUSA if Canopy were to declare bankruptcy? Would Costellation remain with full ownership of the American assets under CUSA? If so, what would COnstellation do, would those shares become tradeable on an exchange? If not, what would happen to the retail shareholders that opoted to move into CUSA, would the be bought out? If so at what price? Very murky waters at best.
