Vard Marine Inc. Welcomes BluMetric into the Team Vigilance Preferred Suppliers Program
We are pleased to be joining the Team Vigilance Preferred Suppliers program. Team Vigilance consists of Vard Marine, Ontario Shipyards, Thales Canada, SH Defence, Fincantieri, and now BluMetric as a preferred supplier too. Together, we bring together a wealth of expertise in naval ship design, global shipbuilding, combat system integration, modular payload systems, and life-cycle solutions. This collaboration ensures Team Vigilance is able to meet the needs of any naval operator in this space and beyond.
The launch of the Preferred Suppliers program by Team Vigilance signifies a strategic step towards fostering collaboration with Canadian companies for the development, construction, and equipping of Vigilance. By assembling a broad coalition of companies within Canada, the aim is to ensure that Vigilance is not only designed but also built and equipped within the country. This initiative aligns with the core tenets of Team Vigilance, emphasizing the importance of local expertise and resources in the project's execution.
