What we need is a management that can handle a stock traded company. Assuming the tech is OK, management lost a lot of marketvalue. The financing was mishandled big time. Management needs to take measures. Of course for that they will have to acknowledge they almost lost this company, as a stock. Now legacy shareholders are facing the unneccessary corrosive dilution.
No lipstick will overcome it. But changes in Poet management would help.
