RE:RE:Well… that didn’t go as expected…I like base projections on numbers they gave us after the BarBurrito acquisition (Stratus before that) that we were suppose to produce a predicted $41,389,000 in Distributable income over the year, of course divided by 4 to give a basic average quarter of $10,346,000, which should also be increased upon as that was projected in November and we had some royalty increases take effect since.

Obviously, we have the non-fixed rate royalties that can fluctuate good and bad, but even with a regular weaker period from Mr Lube, that $800,000 drop with a few raises positively contributing was surprising which is what I was getting at... Not as much worried about the pull back off the average/previous, more the size at which it pulled back.

It doesn't change my thoughts/stratagy of owning, it was just a disappointment of a result.
