Laurion Mineral Exploration Inc. is a Canada-based mid-stage junior exploration and development company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of Canadian gold and base metal mineral resource properties. It is focused primarily on its wholly owned 57.43 square kilometers (km2) (14,191 acres) flagship brownfield, Ishkoday Gold and Polymetallic Project, located 220 kilometers (km) North-East of Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada. Its Ishkoday is situated in the Onaman-Tashota Greenstone Camp in the Irwin, Walters, Elmhirst and Pifher Townships located 25 km northeast of the Town of Beardmore, Ontario and 220 km northeast of Thunder Bay, Ontario. It holds a 100% interest in Brenbar, which consists of two mining leases covering 255 hectares contiguous and to the west of Ishkoday. It has a 100% interest in the Jubilee-Elmhirst, Beaurox and Twin Falls property. The Company also owns a 30% joint venture interest and Canadian Gold Miner Corp.

Thank you! You are correct. There is no material change. The April 10th PR said this "Further to its news releases dated August 24, 2023 and November 14, 2023, LAURION is also pleased to announce that its strategic partnership with US Capital Global Partners

LLC ("US Capital Global") is advancing smoothly, with the due diligence process on the Corporation and its activities nearing completion, subsequent to the delivery of Laurion's National Instrument 43-101-compliant technical report on the Ishkoday Project, which was announced and filed under the Corporation’s profile on SEDAR+ on February 15, 2024. This collaboration with US Capital Global was initiated with the primary aim of exploring opportunities and potential transactions that may offer strategic benefits to the Corporation and its stakeholders."

I encourage you all to let the process play out. Assumptions and speculation isn't going to change anything. As shareholders we all have the same goal in mind. Cynthia and her team are working hard to provide the highest shareholder value possible. I have no doubt that my investment in LME will be one of the best investments of my lifetime imho.
