Gas Plant Impairment has been Ongoing

Gas Plant Impairment has been Ongoing
Wembley production has been impaired with a reduction in the 34 MMcf of process for at least 4 quarters now, (Q3, Q4, Q1, Part of Q2) So the Wembley production numbers, before the addition of the 25 MMcf Altagas plant were likely impaired.

Kelt highlighted in the Q1 results that 6.8 MMcf of gas processing impairment is scheduled to be restored.

So the Wembley gas processing available appears to be impacted in Q3,Q4 of 2023, with plant issues.

So in 2024 to date they have reported a 6.8 MMcf of gas processing impairment exists, so I believe that is about 2500 boe/day using 57% liquids.

Page 2 (First Quarter Report)
The average run-time for Kelt at this plant during the first quarter of 2024 was approximately 80% of the Company’s firm gas processing capacity. This gas plant is expected to be shut-in for approximately two weeks during May and June 2024 for repairs and replacement of amine equipment. Kelt expects the plant to run at closer to 100% of its firm gas processing capacity after these operations are completed.

So in 2024 the plant addition will be roughly 56.8 MMcf and the ramping up will start in May 2024.

In caculating the additions of the 50 MMcf of plant, it may be skewed by the fact that the 34 MMcf of capacity was not working optimally.

For whats it worth, this is my personnel view.
