Good interview and nice to hear Cooper talk more positively about the REIT / office market in general. Interesting opinion on office to residential conversion in that it does not make sense from his perspective. When he talks about supply coming out of the market, sounds like he is going to stay the course with office and let others chase the residential headlines of conversions / re-zoning, etc. Should bode very well for Dream in the long-term.
