Feb 2013 (Kelt Management buys Kelt Shares)

Feb 2013 (Kelt Management buys Kelt Shares)How many people hold on to a stock investment over 10 years?

Kelt management has participated in every offering of the company and has paid as high as $12.75 a share and as low as $2.32 a share which was their first issue.

Kelt management has personnely capitalized the company with 145.2 million dollars of their own money starting in Feb 2023, and the average price they paid for a share is $4.70 a share.

So compare kelt to any other oil and gas company out there, there is not a management team that has put more of their own money in to a company. I consider buying the stock at todays price $5.76 is simply a gift to new share holders that want to get in.

Option have expiries and i know there are other options that are expiring here in the short term, don't read anything else into it.

Management history of share purchases link

Kelt is a steal and they have been working these areas for more than 10 years and moving into the development phase of production. So they increased their line because they are willing to borrow more as production ramps up.

Kelt is a mispriced stock, only because management business strategy is not share price focused, they really want to do another big divesture, but when the time is right.
