HAHAHA..........Do they mean it this time or will profits evaporate as ETC stumbles and expentions cost overruns will take their toll.........Nothing is easy and with USA economy at all time worse and with civil war coming who will be building or paying for tolling? States will seperate and as election frauds nobody will care. USA is finished as a country by 2030... That my friends is reality and geopolitical cluster flux are a major issue in EUROPE and USA...... So belive me or not these things NEED to be in the QTRH growth equasions when looking ahead...... or whatever cabbie said......
