Article 61 of the Magna Carta 1215 was invoked in 2001 due to the signing of the Nice Treaty as it was unconstitutional. This means the Royals were dethroned and we the people have had all the authority since 2001. Common Law was invoked in 2001. The Government and Monarchy was dissolved in 2001.
That means that the Mobnarchy and other Royals have lost all immunity to the laws that they themselves set out and became subject to the same laws we are subject to now. In laymen terms they can be arrested and put on trial now. Common Law is the Law of the Land: it's our true Law.
This applies in the UK, the US and in Canada. The winds of change are blowing with force.
The US Republic was restored in 2017 and the US Corporation Bankruptcy in 2021 (DJT)
We have been witnessing the destruction of the old guard for the last 6 to 7 years. It's becoming very obvious that the Monarchy and Governments have lost all power - no power on anything anymore.
Therefore I stick to my BELIEFS - The US Courts/Agencies have lost all power. The BS that NDM is constantly being subjected to is without all merits, factual evidence, totally illegal since governments which are corporations in the US have all been bankrupted/dissolved......meaning all these cases against NDM will be all set aside and the Permit released by the lawfully restored Republic of Alaska.
