It's over I assume. They shut down operations because they have no money.  They should have received 2.5 million from Ralpha but I assume something went wrong with that such as they seem to have made absolutely no progress with the FDA on anything.  Who would loan them money?  I assume Ralph will just take them over as they got some money from them already that had the companies IP used as collateral.  They are scum in my opinion.
