That number is open-market transactions executed during Q1.
The block sale was approved in April.
PP bought the shares from PYR because the company needed money Fast.
They couldn't sell 3.7 million shares of HPQ fast enough in the open market.
As of March 31'st, Pyrogenesis had 3,779,700 shares of HPQ.
He bought them all.
They have none left.
