News out...Been here since Mar 23. This play ihas good land packages and in good areas but the team that calls the shots - IMO - is spread thin and distracted or, better said, with their minds centered on other areas. So, the maeket becomes a source of money and field for their internal game of moving money around from play to play in the hope to hit it big in one or two and then FAME and BIG MONEY and GLORY is theirs. What about having a good work programme to prove up these land packages? OCI, QCCU, MIS and MERG ... Dead. Luckly FOR THEM(look at ownership) AE and ARIC are doing well and have potencial.
