Postage Stamps verses Oak - A major value proposition....

Postage Stamps verses Oak - A major value proposition....User image

This is one reason why is don't like the resource associated with Arx N.E. BC plays very fragmented small postage stamp play areas, i think TOU has a much better produciton base.
  • Septimas  19,100 acres
  • Sundown  36,600 acres
  • Sunrise     22,741 acres
  • Dawson, Tower, Parkland   150,260 acres
Now compare that to OAK/Flatrock 190,470 net acres, in one contigious play area. This is a company maker play area, essentially all the N.E. BC land position of ARX wrapped up in one contigious play. Leaving many options for development, and will benifit from technology drilling improvements.

I left out Attachie because it a liquids play they compare to Kakwa, and Ante Creek is an oil play.

So Oak by itself could potentially trump the primary gas footprint of one of the top players in Canada. This is why Kelt has so much value, you are not dealing with postage stamp plays.

This is why there is some much value in proving up reserves in this area, and highly marketable mega play opportunity, that could be a company maker by itself.
