Just to remind you we are all mortal so "indefinitely" shouldn't be in your mind, which is where YOUR interpretation comes from. If a patient only uses the service for two or three months then their description is still valid.

Stop assuming perfection, it's not part of the real world. Next thing you know the human calculators turn up to multiple 60,000 by 65 by 12.
