It is great that it flows to surface under pressure. The issue is how big of a reservoir is in contact with the well bore - that is determined partly by open hole flow test, seeing the maximal flow and also how much the pressure drops, plugging the well bore for days to a week or two, then remeasuring pressure to see how fast it rebounded and to what fraction of initial pressure. The permeability here is based on gross fractures and vuggy porosity, (aother kind of macroscopic openings)  I am not sure if acid washes or proppant help with gross fractures and vuggy porosity, but they have gotten world class engineers looking at the rocks and the logs and trying to come up with completion strategy that gives best chance of accessing a subsatntial reservoir. The results of all this work are coming soon and will be very interesting.
