RE:Fernand Perreault - BTB REIT Trustee since 2014...I've written to Stikeman and BTB's IR to understand what happened but in any case, fyi to those on this BB following this effort.

I will be taking a few weeks off to work on a presentation to all unitholders, explaining why I belive they should vote their BTB units like I will in the upcoming proxy season for the June 20th -  AGM

Sadly for those who meant to meet me there, I will not be able to go, inexplicably BTB scheduled the AGM on the same day where I need to defend myself in the Quebec Superior Court in case 500-17-125976-236 - OACIQ c. Shahriari

Your guess is as good as mine as to why BTB chose to schedule its AGM on that particular day, when we've known since February 14, that the next hearing would be on that day...
